Diploma of Financial Planning
The Diploma of Financial Planning (FNS50615) qualification is aimed at advisers who offer a range of standard financial planning services.
The program comprises a number of focused modules and incorporates Tier 1 compliance (where it includes the products on which participants will advise).
Completion of this qualification will provide individuals with well-developed skills and a broad understanding of the financial planning sector, working within the ASIC regulatory framework, and what it takes to be successful in the profession.
Nine core units of competency delivered through the following modules:
- Personal advice
- Generic knowledge
- Professional practice
- Estate planning
Six elective units delivered through a combination of additional modules specific to the electives being selected, based on the relevant areas of advice for each learner.
Blended delivery – online learning delivered through DeakinPrime’sonline learning environment coupled with a combination of online and one-to-one assessor driven assessment.
DeakinPrime partners with organisations to develop additional specific delivery and support solutions to cater for their learners. These include facilitated workshops or leaner coaching.
