How to use design thinking for performance solutions
With growing business demands for workers who are customer centric, collaborative and strong problem solvers, it’s not enough to keep delivering information by heavy training courses and elearning modules. The challenge facing learning and development professionals then, is how to stop being ‘order-takers’ for training courses and become trusted partners who help solve business challenges with high impact performance solutions.
In this presentation DeakinPrime's Arun Pradhan will draw on recent case studies to demonstrate how design thinking can meet these challenges by helping to deliver on learner needs and business goals. Specifically, he will outline a co-design process that actively engages with learners and stakeholders in discovering new insights and opportunities for performance-based innovation.
