Organisations across the world are increasingly interested in extending learning into the workplace to help improve productivity. At the same time many are finding themselves in difficult times. 70:20:10 has been proven as one approach to address these challenges. It requires new mind-sets, ways of thinking and practical approaches not just about learning and development, but also about the role of every individual and manager in creating a culture of continuous development.
Please join us for lunch with Charles Jennings who will discuss ways to exploit and embed learning in the daily workflow by using 70:20:10, and how they are essential for agility and sustainability in the workplace.
A former business school professor and chief learning officer, Charles works as a consultant helping organisations develop effective learning strategies based on 70:20:10. He also consults on change management and new approaches to leadership development. Additionally, Charles is a director of the Internet Time Alliance, a multinational think-tank that helps organisations ‘work smarter’ and exploit emerging practice in informal and social learning.
