Kelly is a learning and development professional with experience in consulting and education environments both in Australia and internationally. She specialises in developing leadership capability and workforce development initiatives. Her professional interests include exploring emerging learning and workforce development practices, in particular how formal and informal learning can be used to embed workplace learning.
As a Learning Solutions Design Consultant, Kelly develops strategic learning solutions for client programs including designing both online and blended learning and development solutions. Since joining DeakinPrime in 2008 Kelly has been responsible for advising and integrating corporate education solutions, developing leadership capability, and workforce development initiatives for a range of clients in Australia, China, India and Bahrain.
Kelly is the author of DeakinPrime's internationally recognised white paper, Demystifying 70.20.10.
Prior to joining DeakinPrime in 2008, Kelly held roles in University and consulting environments, including teaching at RMIT University, consulting to the Australian Defence Force and working in London’s banking sector at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital.
Kelly’s formal education includes a Masters of Education (RMIT), Graduate Diploma in Industrial Education and Training (RMIT), Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development (RMIT), Bachelor of Business (Charles Sturt University) and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (Victoria University). She is also accredited in Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation, Hogan Assessment Systems and Prince 2 Project Management.
