David has worked in learning and development for more than twenty years, and is a proven leader with a varied, successful professional background that includes instructional design, training delivery, and leading and developing individuals and teams.
As Head of Client Experience, David leads a team whose aim is to provide a great experience for all clients and learners. David is passionate about DeakinPrime’s relationship with its partner clients and learners. At the heart of that relationship, David and his team apply best practice design thinking methodologies to ensure clients remain at the heart of everything we do.
David joined DeakinPrime at the start of 2013, fresh from a training manager role. Prior to that he held a variety of roles in Australia and overseas.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts (University of Queensland) as well as qualifications in Frontline Management, Business Management, Training and Assessment, and English Language Teaching.
