What happens after I apply for a position?
After you submit your application we will send you an automated email response, confirming receipt of your submission. Your application will be reviewed by the HR Team and if successful you will be contacted.
How long can I expect to wait before I know the outcome of my applications?
We will endeavour to get back to you by email as quickly as possible. For most of our open roles you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks.
How long is the normal recruitment process?
The standard recruitment process can take up to four weeks.
Is it appropriate to make a follow up call to the HR team or should I just wait?
Of course you can all us to check on the status of your application or if you have any further questions.
What happens if the role is put on hold?
If a role goes on hold or we can see a serious delay in the process, we will inform you straight away either by phone or email. No matter what the circumstance we try to keep you up to date with any changes or new information that might arise.
